Digital Tachograph Training

Digital tachographs have been installed in all new vehicles since 2006 and yet everyday a driver in the UK gets into a vehicle with a digital tacho for the first time and has no idea how to use it. First things first you must download the data from your driver card every 28 days and download the data from the vehicle unit every 56 days without fail in order to stay compliant with the law. To do this you will need some type of digital tachograph downloading device.

Many drivers do not know how to use a digital tachograph head unit other than to switch duties.
